Slicing knife, hollow edge

Long, flexible blade with alternating hollows on each side of the cutting edge. The hollows deliver the non-stick effect. That way the knife is ideally suited for slicing and decorating wafer-thin slices of salmon or ham but also for segmenting flan bases.
