SHARPENING STEELS
• STAINLESS STEEL
Sharpening steels with a chromiumplated, grooved surface deliver a fine re-sharpening result and are relatively immune to damages.

• DIAMOND
Sharpening steels with a diamond coating achieve a specifically fine re-sharpening result. The average life span is shorter, though, because the coating tends to wear off over time.

• TUNGSTEN CARBIDE
Sharpeners with a tungsten carbide blade are long-lasting and suitable for all knives by ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS.

SHARPENING STONES
• TWIN® STONE PRO
The TWIN Stone Pro for the „Asian sharpness“ is the sharpening stone specifically developed for the blades of ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS knives. This sharpening stone turns re-sharpening of your knives into an experience. It comes with two differently designed sides: the rougher side removes smaller damages from the edge, the smoother side makes for the fine end-sharpening. This stone imparts the “Asian flair” of sharpness to your knives.

• TWIN® FINISHING STONE PRO
The TWIN Finishing Stone Pro is best used to achieve a professional, scalpel-like sharpness and a cutting edge that is smooth as glass.

KNIFE SHARPENERS

• TWINSHARP® SELECT
This innovative knife sharpener and its two separate sharpening modules sharpens knives safely, simply and effectively. Using its steel wheels module 1 is able to gently remove small damages from the edge. Module 2 gently smoothes the edge and restores the high sharpness. Moreover, the TWINSHARP Select is one of the few knife sharpeners that work for left- and right-handers alike.

These sharpeners are NOT SUITABLE for knives with Asian style blades.
